- Location of the Shlichut Sugya in Kiddushin
Gemara here in Kiddushin דף מ״ב עמוד א׳. This is the middle of the sugya of shlichut. Just here in the beginning of the second perek of Kiddushin is the whole sugya of how do we know that שלוחו של אדם כמותו, that when you make a shaliach he's like you? Therefore, certain things that you have to do yourself, you appoint a shaliach, he could do it and it'll be as if you did it. So the Gemara has different places where we learn it out from. One pasuk the Gemara takes gerushin, by a get, from the word ושלח, that he will send away his wife, so ושלח, ושלח מלמד שהוא עושה שליח. Hello? Yeah.
