Towards the end of סימן ס׳ here in in Ein Yaakov, דאמר רבי יהושע בן לוי, כל דיבור ודיבור שיצא מפי הקדוש ברוך הוא, every dibbur of the עשרת הדיברות that came out from the mouth of השם, יצתה נשמתן של ישראל, the נשמות of the Yidden went out. שנאמר, it says, נפשי יצאה בדברו.
